We pride ourselves in allowing you to customize your mat; therefore, most of the mats are made to order. We personalize and ship most mats within 3-15 business days, though some items may take longer. 

If this time has not passed, please do not worry if you have not had an update on your order. We will definitely be updating you soon! We greatly appreciate your patience.

We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination.

RETURNS

Our goal is to offer the finest personalized mats available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide pure happiness. Our highly-trained production staff artfully customizes each order to your specifications. Before any items ship from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. CommunityBrandz takes great pride in our product and stands behind the quality of every mat we sell.

 

Each mat is custom and made just for you therefore we do not offer refunds. If you feel an error has been made, please contact us immediately at communitybrandz@gmail.com to resolve.

All errors must be resolved within 14 days of receipt.
